Very
interesting... I know the tape measure is the clincher for
most of you.. Just admit it!
Randall, your girlfriend
owes me an apology
Here's my dilemna, getting people who have
been jilted and ripped off by supplement companies and stupid
programs to trust me and just give the program a try.
I had two options for my site:
1) Have a
"secret" program and don't disclose anything about the program
and sell the fact that it's a secret, special program
2) Be honest, give all the basic info upfront and let
the reader decide if this is for them or not
Now, if
you notice, most people selling fitness information online use
option #1. They sell the "dream" of a great program and people
buy into it. They sell hope and enthusiasm by using buzz words
and phrases like "slabs of rock hard muscle", anabolic, "gain
muscle and lose fat", and making exaggerated promises and
statements like "You will gain 60lbs in 6 weeks or you will
lose 30lbs of fat and get a ripped six pack in 4 weeks."
People love to read that stuff. It excites them.
I
chose option 2 because I want you to know what you are getting
beforehand. If you read my web page and faq page, you should
have a good idea of what my program is all about and there are
no surprises or tricks. My page is not exaggerated or
inflammatory (at least not in a dishonest way). I do not
promise that you are going to gain 32lbs of muscle. All I
promise is that I will show you how I did it and that you will
see progress if you stick with the program. How much progress,
I can't say. No one can. Some people don't like to read that.
People find it difficult to trust that there are no
tricks here, but there aren't.
